Many times, improvement results are not sustainable because even though different levels of an organization agree on the end results, they don’t always understand/agree on the ongoing activities and standard work necessary to maintain the improvements.  Closing the gap across all levels of the organization so results are sustainable & reproducible across the organization is our strength.​
