 Calvin has worked in the Petrochemical, Environmental and Consumer Products Goods Industries. He has held roles as a Process Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, Plant Manager, Corporate Engineering Manager, Planning Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager (Lean, Total Productive Maintenance, Theory of Constraints, etc.). During this time, he helped start up two new facilities which involved training at all levels of the organization. Calvin has been qualified to teach many topics including Behavioral Based Safety, Strategy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping, Autonomous Maintenance, Training & Qualification and many others. 

The knowledge he obtained as an engineer, manager and efficiency expert will serve him well in any endeavor. As a manager, he learned to bring out the talents of his team through hands on learning and training. As an internal consultant, his listening skills, attention to detail and ability to bring functions together made him valuable to the business teams for increasing productivity, saving money and driving strategy. Calvin has worked at all levels of the organization and across all functions. 

Calvin has a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Georgia Tech, a master’s in business administration from Colorado State and has his Lean Bronze Certification from AME/SME.
